Before serving a single cup of coffee, we wanted to create an amazing place for families.
Our goal has always been to build a space where:
✔️ Babies can safely explore.
✔️ Toddlers can learn through imaginative play.
✔️ Older siblings still have fun.
✔️ Parents can relax while keeping an eye on their children.
✔️ Families can connect and make memories together.
Yes... Coffee is still coming!
And believe us... we want the smell of fresh coffee filling the building just as much as you do. There's much more involved than simply buying an espresso machine. Behind the scenes: equipment, permits, menus, figuring out inspections, training, and all the not-so-exciting details that go into doing it the right way.
Many of you may remember Kelly sharing her dream of creating a 100% gluten-free bakery and café.
That dream is still very much alive.
That's the question we hear almost every day...
Or our personal favorite...
"I thought you were a coffee shop!" 😄
Trust us... no one asks that question more than our owner, Kelly. She practically runs on coffee, so she's just as anxious as the rest of you! ☕❤️
The short answer? It's coming!
If you've been following us since the beginning, you probably remember hearing timelines like...
➡️ "Hopefully by August!"
➡️ "Maybe November!"
➡️ "Definitely by Spring!"
...and somehow here we are, a year later. 😅
The longer answer?
We've been building Brewed Imagination in phases so we can grow responsibly and create something we're truly proud of.
Over the past year, we've transformed our space with:
Open-concept play areas, Imaginative play experiences, Themed rooms, Bright colors, Cozy seating for parents, and new attractions that continue to grow.
Our goal is to have this phase completed by September 1.
(Although we'll always keep adding new ideas and refreshing the space!)
We don't want to rush it just to say we have coffee. We want it to be something we're proud to serve.
Until then...
❤️ Feel free to bring your favorite coffee with you!
🥪 If you're visiting around lunchtime, pack a picnic! We have plenty of tables for families to enjoy lunch together.
Food service will be our final phase as we continue growing. In the meantime, we're exploring ways to offer pastries and other treats that pair perfectly with your future cup of coffee.
